About us
SARL CD Invest is a family run business based in Le Tholonet, a few miles
away from Aix-en-Provence, in the south of France.
It was created in 1992 by its director Jean Toche, a successful
architect and urbanist with over 40 years experience. We specialise in property
development in and around Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulon, Hyeres. His
son, Jeremie Toche, has since taken over most of the business administrative
duties.
